These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Guided by Grace website and the educational matching service offered by Guided By Grace, LLC (“Guided by Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosures. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Guided by Grace is a Catholic stewardship initiative and educational resource. We publish educational content and, on request, introduce families to vetted, Catholic-aligned financial advisors and estate planning attorneys. We are not a law firm, a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or an accounting firm.

All content on this site is educational and general in nature. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or medical advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with us, with our founders, or with any professional we introduce. Do not act on anything here without consulting a professional licensed in your state. See our Disclosures for how this works and how we are compensated.

If you request a match, we introduce you to professionals who are not employed or supervised by us and who operate under their own terms. Our certification means a professional met our published criteria at the time of certification and at our annual re-vetting; it is not a background check, an endorsement of specific advice, or a guarantee of suitability or results. Any engagement you enter into is solely between you and that professional. You are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this site and request an introduction. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users’ data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, introduce malware, or scrape or harvest data without permission.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content except as expressly permitted.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Guided by Grace and Trusted Catholic Advisors names and marks, and the design and arrangement of the site, are owned by Guided by Grace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the site for your own non-commercial, educational use. All other rights are reserved. Downloadable resources are licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

The site and all content and introductions are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any information is complete or current, or that any introduction will lead to a particular result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided by Grace and its founders, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, our content, or any introduction, including any advice, services, or conduct of a professional we introduce. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guided by Grace and its founders, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

The site may link to third-party websites or resources we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

We may modify or discontinue the site, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “last updated” date below. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
